I am currently a Research Associate in the Xing lab in the Department of Genetics, Rutgers University.  I joined the Xing lab in May 2013.  I received my PhD in Neuropsychiatric and Human Genetics. Before joining the Xing lab, I spent 5 years obtaining post-doctoral training in neurogenetics and developmental biology at the National Institutes of Health (Bethesda, MD), and 2 years research associate in the Department of Integrative Biology and Physiology (IBP) at the University of Minnesota. My current research interest focuses on piRNA in neurodevelopment and neurological disorders.
